User Satisfaction Survey

Article 19 (3) of the Regulation (EU) 913/2010 requires the Management Board of the Rail Freight Corridors to conduct a satisfaction survey of the users of the freight corridor and to publish its results once a year.

The RFC North Sea - Baltic 2024 specific results can be found here v 04.12.2024.

The MB appreciates all the efforts participants put into completing the survey.
