The website that you are reading right now has been created accordingly to the WCAG 2.0 standards, which facilitate the access to the content for the disabled. Every reader is equally important to us and we do everything in order to provide the knowledge about the Rail Freight Corridor North Sea-Baltic.

Navigation on the site was based on generally recognized and used principles.
You can navigate the site using the mouse or keyboard.
The Appearance
The website is fully responsive and equipped with mechanisms to facilitate viewing of content by the visually impaired. You can:
- enlarge the view of the page and letters using the key combination Ctrl and the + sign
- zoom out of the page and letters view using the key combination Ctrl and – sign
- restore the page to its original size using the key combination Ctrl and the number 0.
- change page contrast using the button in the top bar of the website.
We tried to ensure that all elements of the website had the right contrast.
The website does not contain keyboard shortcuts that could conflict with assistance programs or the user's system or programs.
Forms
The website has detailed descriptions and field identification for Registration form available on the RAG/TAG Subpage (which is used for registration of participants for the Railway Undertaking Advisory Group (RAG) and Terminal Advisory Group (TAG) meetings and web conferences. Such fields can also be completed using the keyboard.

The PDF files available on the website may not be fully compliant with WCAG 2.1. (A and AA).

Architectural accessibility

The building is listed in the Register of Historic Monuments and therefore the possibility of making changes to the structure of the building to increase accessibility for disabled persons using wheelchairs is limited. However, PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. is in the process of auditing the architectural accessibility of the Head Office building and analysing the needs. Once the documentation is approved by the heritage conservator and a building permit is obtained, it will be possible to proceed with comprehensive implementation of the adopted solutions. Implementation of the adopted solutions is planned from 2023.

No disabled parking spaces have been designated in the immediate vicinity of the building.

Access by public transport bus: Dw. Wileński bus stops 01, 02, 04, 05 (stops accessible to the disabled), Dw. Wileński 09, 10 (stops partially accessible to the disabled).

Access by tram: Dw. Wileński 03, 07, 08 (stops accessible to the disabled).

Access by metro: Dworzec Wileński Metro stop.

There are two entrances to the building for employees, guests and visitors accessible from ul. Targowa and ul. Wileńska. Stairs lead to both entrances. There are no ramps or platforms for wheelchairs next to the stairs.

Currently, the entrances to the building are not accessible to persons with mobility impairments using wheelchairs. An external staircase (5 steps) and an internal staircase (4 steps) must be climbed before reaching the reception desk. The massive, heavy external door does not open automatically. The internal doors open automatically.

The reception desks are located to the right of the entrances accessible from ul. Targowa and ul. Wileńska. Further passage is secured by gates through which a person in a wheelchair can pass.

According to the physical security procedure of the building of PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A.'s Head Office, a visitor or an interested party is not allowed to enter the building without the presence of a Company employee (an inviting employee, a representative of a given unit or a Railway Security Guard if the interested party is wishing to enter the Presidium of the Head Office).

A corridor near the reception desks and access to the lifts is available for wheelchair users. From the lifts, wheelchair users have direct access to the office floors in the segments labelled A, B, D and E. Due to the misalignment between the floors of segment C and the floors of the segments labelled A, B, D and E, access to the office floors of segment C directly from the lifts is difficult due to the stairs. The corridors in segments A, B, D, E are not accessible on the ground floor of the building due to the stairs.

The dimensions of the lifts enable their use by people with mobility impairments using wheelchairs.

There are no toilets adapted for disabled persons in the building.

An assistance dog and a guide dog are allowed to enter the building and all its accessible areas after informing the building security. One station is open until 6pm, the other 24 hours a day.

Induction loops are installed in the building's reception desks.

There is no Braille signage in the building and no contrast or enlarged print signage for the blind and visually impaired.
