Invitation to the international discussion of TCRs in the context of Annex VII (Directive 2012/34/EU) by DB InfraGO AG
DB InfraGO AG coordinates construction measures with an international impact with its neighboring railway infrastructure managers (IMs). We hereby invite railway undertakings (RUs), and authorized parties to the subsequent discussions.
DB InfraGO AG will provide information on the status of international construction coordination in defined border areas in joint discussions with the respective neighboring IMs. The current planning status of construction-related capacity restrictions with an international impact - in relation to the timetable years from 2026 - will be presented at an early stage. Alternatives are discussed together and, if necessary, review requests are formulated. These events take place as part of the implementation of Annex VII of Directive 2012/34/EU.
For the first time this year and in cooperation with PLK S.A., the discussions in the „Grupa Odra-Nysa / Oder-Neiße-Gruppe“ will be held, shedding light on the planned TCRs in the Polish-German border regions.
As a railway undertaking, infrastructure user and authorized access user, you are cordially invited to take part in the discussion meetings.
